![]() So The highlighted FF8 isn't how it will show in Hakchi. (Note: I've edited the image to show that I selected FF8 in the image and to show the Game Info. ![]() ![]() Identify your game ID that Hakchi shows it as: (IE: The PS1s internal Memory Card 1 > Slot 1) So for FF8, I goto a save point and save to slot 1. For example for NES FF1 I googled:Īnd I found this NES FF1 Editor called FFse:ĭO THIS FIRST BEFORE YOU ATTEMPT THIS TUTORIAL If you want to edit your particular game, google it. (this is only for FF8 and its what i used for this example) Youll need this FF8 Save Editor called Hyne: (or one for your game) To begin, you obviously need to mod your mini and select a core for the PS1 game and since I am doing a PS1 game, you will also need to have an external HD and an OTG cable working (due to size limitations). So in this example I am going to use PS1 Final Fantasy 8 and at the end Ill show you that I edited NES Final Fantasy 1 using the same concept. I've tried this for other games such as FF7 or a simple NES editor for others like Dragon Warrior 4 or Final Fantasy 1. This example can work for other games as well, just obviously use the correct save editor for that game. Well I was banging my head on trying to figure this out and I googled hours on end and asked in discord.
