That's a very weird choice, no? I mean, I am sometimes asked to make modifications on old tracks, either to renew them or create a new version (that's done a lot in the trailer music industry, for instance). But for old tracks using Kontakt 5 with Symphobia 2, it means they won't be read anymore. For any new track, it's not a problem, you just used Kontakt 6, and that's it. Before it could be used with Kontakt 5, and now it requires Kontakt 6. However, that update changes the requirement of the instrument. ![]() You might have seen it, Project Sam has just released a new update for Symphobia 2, which is cool, as it is a great VST.
